GVHS Annual General Meeting

AGM

The Society conducts its AGM in January or February of each calendar year in Chelsea, Québec, or in any other place decided by the Board. The Board of Directors ensures that a notice is sent to each member prior to the AGM stating the place, date and time and any business requiring a Special Resolution.

The Annual General Meeting of the Gatineau Valley Historical Society includes tabling of financial and other reports, a presentation highlighting significant events in the past year and elections of the Board for the coming year.
